2. Review and Discussion

I'll carefully review your brief and schedule a discussion to clarify any questions and align our vision. This is where we fine-tune the details to ensure we're on the same page.

3. Contract and Initial Payment

Before the contract is sent, we'll discuss the scope of revisions included in your design package. Any additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed separately. Once everything is clear, I'll send you a contract outlining the terms of our collaboration. A 50% down payment is required before we proceed. Payment can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.

4. Research and Concept Development

With the contract signed and payment secured, I’ll begin researching and developing initial concepts. This stage includes sketching, mood boards, and exploring creative directions.

5. Concept Presentation

I’ll present you with a selection of design concepts. We’ll discuss each one, and you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and select a direction to move forward with.

6. Refinement and Revisions

Based on your feedback, I’ll refine the selected concept. This phase may include several rounds of revisions, within the agreed limits, to ensure the design meets your expectations.

7. Final Approval and Delivery

After you’re completely satisfied with the design, I’ll prepare the final files and deliver them in the required formats.

8. Final Payment

Once you’ve approved the final design, the remaining balance is due. I’ll send an invoice for the remaining 50%, payable via PayPal or wire transfer.

9. Ongoing Support

I’m here to support you even after the project is complete. If you need any adjustments or additional work, just let me know!
